Effective immediately, our office will provide and encourage an alternative electronic option for submittals of plats and plans. This will include all plat submittals, HLP’s and plan submittals for civil, architectural and NPDES reviews. You will need a Drop Box account to submit electronically. Email your Drop Box link and your submittal to planreview@paulding.gov.
We are also providing and encouraging two (2) additional alternative options for payments.

Please note, one stops should be delivered to the office by Thursday. We will process internally and return (signed) by the following Thursday by 12:00 p.m.
When possible, pre-construction meetings will be conducted via email or by phone until further notice.
