On 3/25/20, the Paulding County Water System was notified of a possible sewer overflow at 1723 Bill Carruth Pkwy at 2:45 p.m. Crews were dispatched and discovered a blockage in the sewer main had caused approximately 900 gallons of untreated waste water to escape through a man hole and into a drain that eventually drains to Mill Creek. The blockage was cleared and returned to normal flow by 3:45 p.m. on the same day. Clean up was completed and lime was applied per EPD guidelines.
