[ARCHIVED] New Online Bill Payment System and E-billing Provider

The Water System is launching a new online bill payment and E-billing system to better service our customers. Beginning in April, online payments will be processed and e-bills will be sent by Paymentus.

The online Paymentus portal will allow you to set recurring payment options and enroll in E-Bills. As a current e-bill customer, you will receive an email that your bill is ready and is available to view on the Customer Dashboard/Portal. There will be a link in the email that will direct you to the Customer Portal login page. Here you will have the option to make a one-time payment or register in order to view your E-Bill and have full access to payment options. This extra step for customers to set-up and manage their own accounts provides a safer and more efficient payment option.
