Board of Commissioners' Meetings

The Board of Commissioners' meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Work sessions are 10:00 am both days with regular Board meetings at 2:00 pm on the second Tuesday and 7:00 pm on the fourth Tuesday. These meetings are held at the Watson Government Complex in the Commissioner's Board Room on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building.  The facility is located at 240 Constitution Boulevard.

Meetings are open to the public and citizens are invited to attend.

Public Participation at Board of Commissioners' Meetings

Code Section 2-61-01.  Public Comments.  The final agenda item of the meeting or work session shall be reserved for comments from the public.  All members of the public who wish to address the Board must submit their name and the topic of their comments to the Chairman through the County Clerk by the close of business (5:00 PM) on the Friday afternoon preceding the Board of Commissioners' next scheduled meeting.  These individuals will be allotted five (5) minutes to make their comments and their comments must be limited to their chosen topic.  These limits may be changed by a majority vote of the Board. 

Adopted on January 12, 1999 by the Paulding County Board of Commissioners in Resolution No. 99-01, as Section 1-12 of the Ordinance on Paulding County Board of Commissioners Meetings Organization and Public Access.  (Amended 12-14-04)
