Paulding County Water System Customer Service
Christine Santonil Hours of Operation 8:00am - 4:45pm Monday through Friday CURRENT OUTDOOR WATER USE SCHEDULE Due to significant rainfall and an improved water supply, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has issued a non-drought schedule for outdoor water use effective June 10, 2009. Outdoor water use is allowed three days a week on assigned days using odd and even-numbered addresses. Odd-numbered addresses can water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Even-numbered and unnumbered addresses are allowed to water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Water use may occur at any time of the day on the assigned days; however landscape watering is discouraged between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. because of its limited effectiveness.

Making Your Payments
Payments may now be made online! Please click here for more information and access to the online billpay system. Payments may be mailed to PO Box 2058, Hiram, GA 30141. You may also make payments at our office located at 1723 Bill Carruth Parkway, Hiram, Georgia 30141, where customer service representatives are available to take your payment at the inside window or at the drop box located at the drive-thru. When the office is closed, you may also drop your payment in our night deposit box conveniently located at the drive through window; Paulding County Water System is not responsible for cash deposited in this manner. Please return the right side of your bill with your check or money order. Write your account number on the check or money order to ensure it is credited to the proper account. Automated Debit Service is available to customers who wish to have their checking account directly debited for the amount of their monthly bill. Returned Checks In the event your check is returned from the bank for any reason, your account will incur a $25.00 service charge. The check amount plus the service charge must then be paid with cash, credit card or money order. If the check is for a current month's bill only, an attempt will be made to notify you. If the check is for a past due bill, your water will be turned off without further notice and an additional $50.00 reconnect fee will be charged to your account. Reporting a Leak
Water Conservation Program Due to the regulations imposed by the Environmental Protection Division and the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District, the Water System has implemented and has available several water conservation measures as follows: A 3-tiered conservation rate structure which increases the volumetric costs with increased usage. The Water System is offering a $50 rebate on toilet replacements in homes built prior to 1995. The Water System is offering free of charge a low flow retrofit kit which includes a new low flow shower head, three low flow faucet aerators for kitchens and bathrooms, a toilet water saver, toilet leak detection tablets, and other water conservation information. Water Conservation literature for the home and workplace is available at the Water System Office. Everyone is encourage to start their own water conservation program. Paulding County Water System Michael Carter Storm Water Division Drainage problems associated with detention ponds should be reported to the storm water division at 770-443-0856. The complaint will be analyzed and problems found will be corrected. If there is a drainage problem along the right of way, please notify the Paulding County Department of Transportation at 770-445-4759. If the drainage problem is along an easement, it will be the responsibility of the homeowner to resolve the issue.

open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am until 4:30pm.
Paulding County encourages its citizens to recycle. Our Recycling Center is located at 65 County Services Lane in Dallas. We are next to the Solid Waste Transfer Station. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. We are open on Saturday from 8:00am until noon. We are closed on all major holidays. There are many local businesses that accept materials for recycling. For more information on additional drop off locations, annual recycling events, and general recycling information, please contact the recycling office at the number below or visit our website at recycle.
