| Master Contractor Sheet (PDF) | This application must be completed, signed and submitted by a general contractor, electrician, plumber, or heating and air contractor, and accompany the Private Dwelling Permit Application. A copy of the current business licenses and state certification cards for the applicant must be on file with the Permit Office. |

Certificate shall be completed by the builder or registered design professional. Where there is more than one value for each component, certificate shall list the value covering the largest area. Copy to be provided to Building and Permitting Division prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy . |
| Building Occupancy Inspection Application (PDF) | A Building Occupancy Inspection Application is required for ALL tenants applying for a commercial business license. Any time there is a tenant change in an existing commercial suite/building, the county requires a routine maintenance inspection or a compliance inspection for the suite/building you will be occupying. This applies for any business moving to a commercial location. The application fee is $50. |
