Open Records Requests
In order to obtain information regarding a 9-1-1 call, you must first complete a Written Request for Open Records Form (PDF) providing as much detail as possible regarding the date, time, and telephone number from which the call was made.
Once you have submitted your request, we have three days to search for the information and to let you know what is available. Open records requests are subject to hourly fees, a per page cost, and per CD cost for production of the records. Your request can also be emailed which will incur no additional page/CD cost.
